Signal computes the figures
Deltas, anomalies, trends, pacing against your targets and data-health checks, all calculated from your own data in plain statistics. This is the only place a number is ever produced.
Explain writes the decision
AI ranks what matters and writes the headline and the action in clear language. It is handed the figures and is not allowed to introduce one of its own. When there is no clean signal, it says so.
