Decifer Marketing is a product of Decifer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, part of the group at decifer.io. Where this page says “we”, it means Decifer. Where it says “you”, it means you and the company whose workspace you use.

Decifer Marketing reads from the sources you connect, works out what changed and what it is worth, and puts the resulting decisions in front of you with the figures behind them.

We add and improve things over time. If we ever remove something you depend on, we will tell you before we do it.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace.

You must be eighteen or older, and using this for a business.

Everything you connect or enter remains yours. You give us permission to read and process it for one purpose only: producing and explaining your own decisions inside your own workspace. That permission ends when you disconnect a source or close your workspace.

Decifer is a decision tool, not an adviser. What it produces is for insight and context. It is not professional marketing, legal, tax or financial advice, and the commercial decisions remain yours.

Our figures are computed from the data you connect. If a source is wrong, incomplete or stops responding, what we show will reflect that. Where the data does not support a conclusion we say so rather than guessing, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of faults.

Please do not:

• connect data you do not have the right to connect
• try to reach another company’s workspace or data
• attempt to break, overload or work around the service
• resell or repackage the service as your own without our agreement

We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

Where a paid plan applies, the price, what it covers and how it is billed are agreed with you in writing before anything is charged. We will not start charging for something you already use without telling you first.

You can stop at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service, and we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.

Tell us and we will try to put it right. Beyond that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai deal with any dispute.

If we change them we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
